sky high

Erin and I recently spent a fun 24 hours in Milwaukee on our second to last stop on a little choir tour. We were so happy to finally meet Faythe Levine and visit her her space Sky High Gallery. Faythe is a photographer, documentary film maker, curator, illustrator, writer, and an art/design event organizer. She runs a small, sunny gallery in the back of Sky High, an awesome skate shop run by her partner Aaron Polansky. The current show features beautiful works by Makeal Flammini. The postcard below features a mural by Amanda Tollefson from the Sky High Temporary Mural Project, for which Faythe and Aaron select artists to display an 8' x 8' mural mounted on the exterior of the building for 3 month periods. Thanks Faythe for hosting us, we can't wait to show you a nice time in Minneapolis!
