Winter Escapes

Its been a little quiet around here lately... We've been taking some time off for travel with friends and family and generally recover from a super busy holiday season.  Check out some photos of Annika & Erin's recent tour with Anonymous Choir here at Annika's blog.  And Maddy snuck away to Puerto Rico for a dreamy beach getaway, more on that soon!

Clog & Blog

In the midst of the excitement of the holidays, we decided to take a short trip up north to check out the Sven clog store. The Sven clog factory is just north of the Twin Cities, has been hand making clogs since the '70s, and also produces beautiful modern clogs for No. 6 and other brands. When we walked into the store, we were overwhelmed by the assortment, not to mention the additional multitude of pairs that the sweet saleswoman kept bringing out from the back room. We spent a couple hours trying on each pair we could squeeze our feet into, and each ended up leaving with a pair custom fit to our personality.

Happy holidays! Here is some of the stuff I'm giving this year, including ornament and tassel from SHIP & SHAPE. I like to keep wrapping minimal with interesting details like Letraset letters on a package embellished with an evergreen sprig, snowflake made with origami paper, or pompom.
